Led the end-to-end program management for a new technology service in an international market, orchestrating funders, partners, and government ministries to deliver a sustainable service that now supports over 5,000 women annually.

GTM Initiative: "OneBox" with the Gates Foundation

Directed a high-stakes GTM initiative for a maternal health logistics product, architecting the core operational system that enabled the program to scale to over 470 health facilities and complete more than 25,000 essential medicine deliveries.
